Of all the ways we explore Cultivating, Taste is perhaps most intimate. Taste is one of our most elementary senses and one we use from our earliest existence. To “taste and see that the Lord is good” is a practice for knowing and experiencing in a way that is both uniquely personal and yet is also communally shared. Taste allows us to know bitter and sweet, salty and sour. It also allows us to reference experiences that defy definition through words, nuances of place as well as food.
Here is where we share our abiding love of good food across the seasons and globe, and it is also where we might explore the flavours of travel and even how taste intertwines in literature. We hope you will taste and enjoy.
